Charles: Build Your Own Community

In this episode, my brother from another mother Charles, shares his story of overcoming the struggles of starting a new business as a personal trainer. He shares some of the lessons he's learned on his journey and gives some advice for those looking to start their own fitness journey. Charles is an incredible trainer who truly cares about the health and well being of his clients. Through several trials and storms, he remained steadfast in his faith knowing that God would have the final say. I am grateful he was able to take some time to share his story and offer some encouragement to those of us walking through the "getting healthier" chapter of our lives. If you want to follow Charles' journey, you can find him on Instagram @_bamfit, on Twitter @_iambamfit, or visit his website www.iambamfit.com to learn more! Also, if you are in the Houston area, drop by his spot at Ilekan Athletics Gym to get started on your fitness journey! Charles is an amazing friend and motivator; as he often says "Praise due to the Most High". One thing I constantly find comfort in knowing is that even if I fall, I won't fail as long as my faith and hope is anchored in Christ. This was a great story and I am so excited to share it with you! I am so proud of you and I'm so happy you're here!
