What Exactly is Meal Planning? It Might Not Be What You Think it is.

10m · Everybody's Gotta Eat | Simplify Meal Planning · 03 Mar 12:00

In this episode, I share what meal planning is, and it might not be what you think.

There are many forms of meal planning, and it's not a one size fits all. So I encourage you to think about what could work for you, and why YOU want to meal plan in the first place. This will help you stick with it and grow in your journey of feeding your family.

If you'd like the recipe I shared this week, you can subscribe here to get it directly to your inbox.

I also share my weekly menu that you can copy directly and write down so your meals for next week are planned (um yes, please!). Or you can just use this as a sounding off board to get some inspiration for what you're going to make for dinners next week.

My best friend since 5th grade shares a very hilarious story that we can all relate to about trying to impress in the kitchen.

Make sure to subscribe and leave a review- I read and appreciate them all!

You do you: remembering to check in with yourself on your journey with feeding your family

In this episode, I want to remind you that how you feed your family evolves and changes based on so many factors in your life. It's so important to make sure you figure out if the way you currently do things is not helpful anymore, and then making those small changes to take away some stress, overwhelm, or guilt.

I'm so happy to hear from Courtney Ringel, who is a fellow military spouse. She has an important mission to help military spouses find remote work as virtual assistants. Her content on Instagram is amazing. You can also visit her site here to find more information: https://www.simplemamava.com/
