Motion Sickness

Welcome Back to Praise Break Wednesday !!

In this week’s episode, I share my experience of being in motion sickness. Tired of doing and going. Tired of moving without intention and just pure routine. Listen as I share 5 ways to get healed from the sickness that comes from going through the motion. I share what helped me but please feel free to share what helps you! We can always learn from each other. My prayer for anyone who is just sick of the routine, season, or chaos of life that they are up against is that the almighty God will give you peace and strength to get through what you’re going through. I pray God will surround you with and in His perfect love. I pray God will give you perspective for your new beginning. I pray that God will order and guide your steps. Amen.

Let’s try and get up. Wash your face. Shower. Read a book. Take your vitamins. Go outside. Create a list of things you need/want to do. Create a list of things you have done. Just show up for yourself. And don’t negate the REST. You are needed. You are loved. And you are capable of doing hard things too.

Suddenly

Do not quit there is a purpose for your existence. Do not stop praising! Do not stop worshiping! Do not stop believing! Do not stop! God is getting ready to do a SUDDENLY on your behalf!  You are here on, for, and with purpose in mind. When Paul and Silas were locked up in the prison for declaring the name of Jesus they never stopped praising and worshipping God. In the midnight hour, they and all others in prison were set free. The jailer woke up distraught as to how it was even possible that the jail cells suddenly opened, but even with that the jailer wanted to know the God they believed and how he can believe as well. I hope you enjoy this episode, but I hope you believe God is getting ready to deliver you a SUDDENLY. Are you prepared?

Hey, Praise Breakers! I want to let you know that there will be no new episode of the podcast this week. Make sure you catch up or relisten to previous episodes.

I encourage you to show up for yourself. It’s okay to listen to your body. It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to say no. It’s okay! How will you listen to your body this week? How are you planning to show up for yourself this week? How are you planning to intentionally rest this week? Let me know your ideas and please encourage your good sis in the comment section! No one will kill you for saying no but not resting certainly will. Start the rest of your week by being community for yourself. Show yourself some love. Advocate for yourself. Love yourself enough to rest.

Gratitude

You may be like me and want to accomplish so many things in this life. But what I have realized is that we must be intentional to remember to stop for gratitude along the way. We tend to overlook the things we have done because we are so caught up in the things we still want to do. You will never be satisfied in life if you are always looking towards what is ahead of you. Apperciate and be grateful for where you are coming from and where you are currently standing. Do not forget to stop for a Praise Break!
