I am Syrian American, but I have worked with many Egyptians in the past & was inspired to create a meditation in Egyptian dialect. My intention is to spread the practices of mindfulness to as many people who need it! Egypt is the mother of the world, and the Egyptian dialect is dear to my heart. I hope you like it, as I enjoyed recording this very much!

Box Breathing, also known as tactical breathing is a very powerful practice for nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety management, and cultivating a sense of safety within.
When you control your breathing, you control your physical stress responses which in turn controls your emotional responses.
This is a gradual practice to help you gently expand your capacity to deepen your breath, and deepen your relaxation state.
This practice is followed by a 20 minute Sound Bowl healing, also known as a sound bath. The vibrations from the sound bath helps clear energy blockages from energy centers in the body. Helping elevate your own vibrational frequency to invite energy clearing, relaxation and clarity.
