Short Grounding Meditation with Singing Bowl

Welcome to our English grounding meditation with Tibetan singing bowl for the root chakra. In this guided meditation, I share the power of visualization with the soothing sounds of the singing bowl to help you ground yourself in the present moment.

This guided meditation will help you release any stress or anxiety, helps you to take a quick break from work or studying, and can help you refocus your energy for the day.

As you listen to the gentle vibrations of the singing bowl, allow yourself to focus on your breath and imagine roots extending from your feet, anchoring you to the earth. Visualize yourself rooted and stable, connected to the earth's energy.

With each breath, you will feel more grounded and centered, allowing you to let go of any unhelpful thoughts. Take a few moments to yourself and find your inner peace with this grounding meditation.
