In this episode, Janki Chandiwala talks to Stephanie Knight about why students choose to pivot to the business side of things and what it takes to be a successful manager. Stephanie Knight is professor, entrepreneur and and executive coach. She teaches several courses at both, Pratt School of Engineering and Fuqua School of Business, with a demonstrated history of success in the management consulting industry. She is a Mechanical Engineer from Northwestern University who then went on to pursue her MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business who worked with McKinsey and Company for over 4 years in the past.
