Deckiverse Diaries, Breaking Barriers with Colour, with Corina Stupu Thomas

Deckiverse Diaries

A series about Cards and Decks and Shuffling. It is a collaboration between the OTALOCO Congress (soon to be renamed Deckiverse) and the incredible Deckible App and it’s all about deck creators, deck ideas, card stories and all the amazing things that one can imagine with cards, physical or digital!

Breaking Barriers with Colour, with Corina Stupu Thomas

Corina is a Reclaim your Life Intuitive Therapist and her aim is to inspire women to find their voices, stand up for themselves, take micro steps in order to reclaim their lives. She works with women who are at crossroads in their personal and professional lives, who crave clarity and purpose, who want to freak free from toxic relationships, damaging behaviour patterns.

Corina started painting (by numbers) in Bucharest, Romania in late 2003 when she needed to calm her traumatised soul. Progress to start with was slow, the challenges fascinating, but that was OK for her because speed didn't matter, progress is progress. It has since become a beautiful friendship with her brushes, paints, fingers, canvasses, the paper and the many bits and pieces that find their way into her paintings - her love of colour helped her make friends with great (in her terms) artists across the world, friendships that have since developed into collaborative art projects. Colour and art changed her life.

Why? Having grown up under a brutal Communist regime where there were rules for everything, where grey was the dominant colour, and life itself was grey, pain and art released in her a strong desire to break free, to think, act and express her feelings, traumas, hopes. What she discovered was that she was able to find peace in the painting process, communicate her deepest emotions through colour, survive challenging life situations and find her tribe, find her sisterhood. something she longed for all her life!

Breaking Barriers with Colour is a story within a story within another story. It is a story of survival, resilience, inspiration, hope and sisterhood.

Inspired Menopause Part 3 of 4: Your Clear Mind, with Cindi Buenzli Gertz

Things Women don’t talk about

This new series is about "Things Women Don’t Talk About" and it’s made of conversations with a woman guest around topics seldom discussed, whether difficult or "not serious enough" to be broadcasted, mundane or sacred, dark or light, taboo or fun, because no subject is off the table!

These conversations are recorded "live", seldom edited and are now shared in my podcast.

And anywhere else the guest feels like sharing!

Inspired Menopause Part 3: Your Clear Mind

As a wife, mom, teacher, and busy woman who survived 10+ years of perimenopause, Cindi’s on a mission to bring “the change” out of the shadows and

into the light. In her women’s circles, Cindi helps her midlife sisters find rest,

release, and relief during peri-menopause, so they can fully enjoy their wise

womanhood. She teaches women how to reclaim their physical and emotional

well-being with restorative yoga and simple self-care habits. And she shows

midlife women, pregnant with the possibility of who they’re becoming, how to

rebirth themselves into a vibrant second half of life. A woman’s joyful journey

through midlife can start in her powerful, transformative women's circle, NOT

Your Mother’s Menopause, and her signature Inspired Menopause program.

Cindi’s a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher of 25 years and co-author of two books,

Awakening the Divine Feminine and LOVE NOTES from the Soul.

Let’s talk about the bewildering changes you’re experiencing in your midlife body with Cindi Buenzli Gertz, our MidLife MidWife. Could you be in perimenopause? If you’re 35 or older and wondering “is this it?”, chances are you’re going through or starting the journey through “ the change.” Although half the population goes into menopause every year, there’s still a million questions women have about this mysterious process. What can I expect? How long will it last? And who will I be when it’s over? Join us for some real talk about perimenopause and menopause if you’re ready to break through the invisibility, silence, isolation, and mystery of this overlooked and undervalued initiation into wise womanhood. Part 3 of 4 will cover changes and challenges to a woman’s mental health during perimenopause, the power of shifting perspective so you can reframe and

celebrate midlife and menopause.

What if your dreams seem not to manifest? with Pia Becker

Pia is a Dream Manifestation Mentor at Dream and Wanderland. She helps women discover, explore, and reconnect to their dreams and supports them in turning them into reality. So that everyone can live a life that is truly meant for them. Her journey began in 2014 when she eventually started to wander and fulfil her childhood dream of traveling the world. One country at a time whenever it was possible. Today, she is working on making another dream come true by transitioning from her corporate job to the freedom of her own business that allows her to help others fulfil their dreams, too.

What if your dreams seem not to manifest?

Imagine you have a dream, are ready to follow it, take action, are excited, on fire, and do all the things. And then: Nothing! No results! No movement! At least you feel like that! But is this true? Following your dreams isn’t a sprint!

Most of the time, it´s a marathon! And just because you´re not there yet doesn’t mean there is no progress! This episode is about what to do when it seems that your dream doesn’t manifest! How to not give up, get back on track, and stay on that path toward your dream! Most importantly, see and acknowledge how far you have come on this journey!
