Today I am joined by Christian Adair M.ED, founder of Alpha League Inc.  Christian has been an educator for over 25 years in Lexington, Kentucky.  Christian started Alpha League in 2011 to mentor young boys of color and has not only had tremendous success personally mentoring, but helping other organizations develop their own mentorship programs based on the principles of Alpha League.  Christian is taking his mentorship model national with a turnkey model to bring effective mentoring to your school district and community.
