Sean Young is a person in long term recovery. Sean is the host of Sitting with Sean Podcast, US Army Veteran of 12 and a half years, and a peer support specialist.
Sean has faced almost every form of trauma you can think of and has used his experience with addiction and mental health disorders to help other people in their journey to recovery.
Sean works with Justice involved Veterans in Alaska and Maryland to help them gain and maintain recovery skills that will help them re-enter and become productive members of society.

Andrea and I have been planning this conversation for several months and have had to reschedule twice and tonight wasn't going to happen either! OK Universe/Higher Self/Goddess/Consciousness, WE ARE LISTENING!!!! We will resume this AhMazing conversation at a later date! This was also my final episode of EC, as I am going to be focusing on my Private Chef and Catering business and building my "Healthy Chef Steph" brand!!!
Empowered Conversations, I am sure will be back in some form or another down the road. I do plan on having Andrea back as this conversation we were going to have tonight is a subject that pounds from both of our hearts!!!!!
