Welcome to another transformative episode of the "Radical Self Belief" podcast. I'm Nikki Fogden-Moore, your host, and today, we're going to dive deep into the essence of success and the pursuit of "enough."

Have you ever wondered what success really means to you?

It's not just about wealth, fame, or external validation. Success is a deeply personal journey that aligns with your values and passions.

Today, I want to share on how to break free from societal norms and craft your own definition of success.

In this Episode:

  • Explore the process of defining success on your terms. It's about finding alignment between your goals and your authentic self, fostering radical self-belief.

  • Deeper Self-Reflection: Self-discovery is crucial as whatever you set out to do it needs to really resonate and be relevant to you. It’s no use chasing someone else's goals and glory.

Let this episode be a reminder to press pause; think about your strengths, passions, and what truly fulfils you. Setting the intention.

What we think about we bring about - so focus on what matters and make the time to define what you want and then work backwards on how to get there.

Adrian is passionate and driven to succeed. His capacity to embrace risk and believe in himself and his craft is what sets him apart.

A perfectionist who insists his client’s real-estate experience is world-class, Adrian’s adaptability, creativity and compassion has his clients coming back time and again to build on the relationship they enjoy with him.

In today’s episode we look a bit further into what sets Adrians self discipline apart from others, why hard work and determination always pay off and the non negotiable's he sets for himself to give back to the community, make time for family and put his well being in the mix as a vital ingredient.

Fearlessly Focused: Replace Fear with Curiosity, Master the Shift from Panic to Proactive

In today's episode, we dive deep into why it's crucial to replace fear with curiosity.

No matter your walk of life, fear can be a limiting factor. Discover how shifting from a panic mode to a proactive, fact-finding mindset can be a game-changer. It takes practice and repetition but it truly works and here’s why:

Key Takeaways:

  • Fear limits you, curiosity liberates you.
  • Curiosity is the catalyst for fast, effective decision-making.
  • Making the shift from panic to proactive fact-finding is transformative.

When faced with anything always come from a position of "I wonder" or "what do I need to know" rather than assumption. That takes practice to press pause before you react.

Our subconscious can keep us stuck in a pattern of reaction vs response, but when you immediately ask questions instead of defend, fight or ‘run’ it has a cognitive and cellular change in your body and mind and your whole internal system from mindset to breathing responds differently and in a more positive and proactive perspective.

In order to master that shift it takes being curious on purpose. Being proactive and pressing pause before you allow panic to take over is a crucial and powerful life skill to have in our overwhelming world.

It’s not what happens to us, it’s how we respond that matters most.

Replacing curiosity over fear changes your entire perspective for the better. Don't let fear hold you back. Tune in and unlock the life you're destined to lead and love.

Dive in and have a listen to this express session designed to have you stepping into the driver’s seat of life and being confident and calm in any conditions.
