EP 05 - The Windmills Windmills Hour... and a Half

Episode 5 starts off with our dude Windmills hijacking the podcast for the day and officially introducing us to the "Windmills Windmills Hour... and a Half", before pivoting to some introspective thoughts and welcoming Sean and Paul to the show.

Sean pays up on lost Super Bowl bet and eats some crow.

Multi-talented creator and businessman Aaron DeSilva joins the boys to discuss how he literally seems to be doing everything, and doing it well and with ease.

Paulie flexes his socialite muscles and puts the rest of us onto the exclusive world of "Club House" (of Aaron DeSilva was already with it).

Kelowna-based artist Ben Arcega then hits the set to discuss creative processes, collabs and recent projects. Sean and Paulie drop back in for a quick interlude to discuss BLM logo tees and related charity moves before handing the reigns back off to Windmills for the remainder of the episode.

From there; Windmills, DeSilva and Arcega chop it up about range of topics before being blessed by the "Night Mayor" aka "Flinch" aka "Flex", whom hits the hot seat (and probably steals the show).

Special thank you to Provisions Kitchen and Kettle River Brewery for blessing the team and guests with a crazy meal spread and brews.
