This week on Shame On Us Podcast we chat with Philadelphia based artist and web designer, Matthew Raghunauth! We begin with an exciting game of artsy or absurd and then dive right into the deep stuff. Matthew opens up about his family dynamic and what is expected from him as a first generation son. He shares the struggle of having a passion that is not acknowledged by his parents and the shame that comes with not necessarily complying to the 'traditional path'. We discuss multiple perspectives and the privilege of having a choice. We also get to hear how unique and amazing the Philadelphia art scene is and end with some advice from our favorite artist, Matthew!
Also, Bryce and Sam go over some wild performance art from the past, discuss Brokeback Mountain and share their artistic walks of shame.

Ladies and Gents... it's been a while! Life is hectic and we've taken some hiatuses, but we are back this week with an amazing episode with our guest Theresa Attobrah!!
Does fear get in the way of accomplishing goals? Do you have self doubt? Are you an over thinker? Most likely, you're all of those things to SOME degree. Theresa (T) has taken a lot of major courageous leaps in the past few years for herself, and we dive into how she made those choices, how she overcame the fear of the unknown, and WHAT those leaps were. Of course, we couldn't chat with her without stirring the pot on what Culinary school was like and where it's helped lead her today.

New Year, Less Shame?
This week on Shame On Us Podcast we are saying goodbye to 2021 and hello to a new year with some New Years resolutions! We're carrying less shame into 2022- that's for sure. In this episode, we reflect on the past year and all of the shame that went into it. Talkin' dating apps awful dates, concerning nights out, the negative effects of TikTok, breakups, hardships , and more! Do you believe in New Year resolutions? See what our followers had to say! Oh also, we had covid while recording this (pre-Christmas). This was certainly an eventful year and it just makes sense to share it with all of you!
