Can you be a professional AND be naked on Instagram? This week, Jeff Ainsley (j_ainsley12) joins us to chat all about life on and off social media! Jeff can be found sharing IG stories of him exploring Philly, drinking and dancing, but what many might not know is he's actually a really private person. So obviously we get deep. We discuss the pros and cons of social media, the evolution of Jeff's gram, and the decision to share his sexuality to the world...virtually. Don't worry, we definitely talk about puking and rallying, cannibalism and the WAP.
Also, Bryce and Sam tell the world about their run in with a terrifying animal and Sam has a PSA about birth control. Since this episode is about social media, the BFFs time travel to their old Facebook messenger messages. They are just as weird as you may think.

Ladies and Gents... it's been a while! Life is hectic and we've taken some hiatuses, but we are back this week with an amazing episode with our guest Theresa Attobrah!!
Does fear get in the way of accomplishing goals? Do you have self doubt? Are you an over thinker? Most likely, you're all of those things to SOME degree. Theresa (T) has taken a lot of major courageous leaps in the past few years for herself, and we dive into how she made those choices, how she overcame the fear of the unknown, and WHAT those leaps were. Of course, we couldn't chat with her without stirring the pot on what Culinary school was like and where it's helped lead her today.

New Year, Less Shame?
This week on Shame On Us Podcast we are saying goodbye to 2021 and hello to a new year with some New Years resolutions! We're carrying less shame into 2022- that's for sure. In this episode, we reflect on the past year and all of the shame that went into it. Talkin' dating apps awful dates, concerning nights out, the negative effects of TikTok, breakups, hardships , and more! Do you believe in New Year resolutions? See what our followers had to say! Oh also, we had covid while recording this (pre-Christmas). This was certainly an eventful year and it just makes sense to share it with all of you!

In a vulnerable and extremely intriguing episode, Abby walks us through the before, during and after stages of being in a very religious cult. We chat about why people join cults, how you get hooked and how people treat you when you leave. She dives into what it's like dating someone in and after a cult. Abby shares stories from her past that will completely boggle your mind (ever see an exorcism? Several times?).
