Today’s interview is with Katherine Oregel, who believes that self care doesn’t need to look like a fancy spa day - it can simply be staying present in the moment while you drink your tea. As a business owner and stay at home mother of a five year old daughter, Katherine has to remember there’s only so many hours in a day and when she gets stressed or overwhelmed to simply breathe. She has learned that forgiveness isn’t for the other person and that we need to lessen the outside chatter to help ourselves make decisions for us.
