FOR THE COMMUNITY… UA360º recently spoke with community and investor groups at a private event in LA on the expansion of Urban Gardens, closed loop Aquaponic Systems and the viability of developing the Medical Cannabis Industry with Community Rebuilding as an investment model with Darryl Cotton and our friends at 151 FARMERS, a coalition of farmers and growers committed to “Providing a Minimum of 1 Pound of Cannabis to 5 Pounds of Food for One World". UrbanAlchemy360º is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Michael McCraw as Financial and NMTC Advisor for UrbanAlchemy360º and C4GS.
Mr. McCraw has held various administrative and management positions for over forty years in both public and private sectors. He most recently served twenty-four years as President and CEO for Southern California Small Business Development Corporation which administers the State of California Small Business Loan Guarantee Program.
UrbanAlchemy360º has plans for growth in many areas including expansions into Holdings, Development, and other Investments. In his new position as Financial and New Market Tax Credit Advisor, his invaluable experience and knowledge will help fuel that growth.
This new appointment brings additional strength to UA360º and C4GS projects.

C4GS Partners Deliver Emergency Homes to Houston, TX.
RENAISSANCE SOLUTIONZ and URBAN ALCHEMY 360 in partnership with URBAN AMERICA and C&N UNIVERSE Deliver Homes To Houston, Texas.
We are currently looking to expand and present these housing solutions to assist in Oaxaca Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean in response to multiple national and international natural disasters.
Since the introduction of the concept, we have successfully relocated sample finished and unfinished Modular Steel Frame Structure housing units to Houston on our host partner property. This weekend we have focused on final preparations of the units for inspection by local and FEMA officials.
Partners along our respective journeys have included various state and local entities, businesses, organizations, and non-profits including the American Institute of Architects San Diego (AIA SD), Urban People Living on Faith and Trust (UPLIFT San Diego) and team member of diverse religious affiliations.
A diverse representation of government, business, community and personal interests have viewed and almost universally favorably appraised the units in San Diego and Houston.
