After the success of his Oshawa investment, Kevin subsequently purchased several properties in Toronto and the surrounding GTA area, ranging from pre-construction to multi-family homes.   With his experience and vast knowledge of the Real Estate market, Kevin ventured into the US to continue building his portfolio, purchasing 8 US properties in 2019 alone!
