Brad Ritter is one of the world’s leading experts on performance. He is the author of the best selling book, School of Grit: Unlock Your Potential Through Purposeful Adversity.
Brad has held various positions in the medical device, education technology, and custom print industries. He’s worked in big Corporate America since 2004 and has been an early adopter of the work from home movement since 2005. Through grit, hard work, and determination he’s won lots of awards: from Rookie of the Year, to multiple Rep of the Year awards, to President’s Club. All of the awards, of course, came with a price. The price was trying to find work – life balance while constantly being on the road away from his family. He reached a pivotal point in life and knew he needed to make a major pivot and take massive action. He decided to sign up for Kokoro Camp which bills itself as the world’s toughest civilian training and find his purpose.
After graduating from Kokoro Camp in 2015, he wanted to find a way to serve others, help people get unstuck, and take control of their lives. He accomplishes this through a proven system that focuses on your physical, mental, emotional, intuitional, and warrior spirit. His mission is to build a “warrior class” community. That is why he created the School of Grit. What he teaches is a lifestyle. It won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. It’s for anyone who despises mediocrity and is willing to do the daily work. 49. Your Brain is Your Super Power with Aurora Burkhart
From a young age Aurora Burkhart has always had an entrepreneur spirit. Her dad owns and operates his own business and she loved going to work with him seeing the ins and out of the operation and fell in love with the business world. Trying to figure out her path in life Aurora has worked in restaurants, was a CNA, attempted being an Ultrasound tech, attended a community college on and off for 4 years (ended up with an Associates in Communications), worked for Disney, etc. When the pandemic hit, she started to take an audit of her life and see if there was room for improvement. She came to the conclusion that almost every area of her life needed improvement. She was not who/where she wanted to be in life. She was not the mother she felt her boys deserved. She was not pursuing the career she wanted for herself. She was not the person she knew she had to become for everything to fall into place. She started to do her own personal development so that she could become the person who finally invented Laundry Buddy. Aurora's journey has not been easy and it will continue to be uncomfortable. True growth in any aspect of life will never be an easy task. She is proud of how far she has come and excited for how much more work she will accomplish as she continues to move forward. She knows that your brain is your super power and to use it!

Michael Ruskin, was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in the beautiful city of Perth Amboy, New Jersey. But that is not where is full story begins. Michael is the youngest son of David and Dora Ruskin. Michael is the last surviving member of his immediate family. He spent most of his 40 year career in corporate Human Resources and private consulting and now is on a mission to share his parents' story to inspire others to live a life of love and courage through any difficulty they may face. The Vow, A Love Story and the Holocaust is Mr. Ruskin's first book, but not his last.
