I can't believe it has been one year since starting on Adderall, learning more about ADHD, and how to function in a world that is built for Neurotypicals. In this episode, I share my journey from diagnosis to my experiences as a Neurotypical Academic, Business Owner, and Woman trying to perform in a world that is not built for me. ADHD and other Neurodivergent diagnoses are part of many adults these days and shedding a light and space for those that are suffering is step one in creating a community where we can support each other in the way to living a life that feels good to you.
