WA's 2023-24 Invitations: A Quick Recap Eligibilities: - You must be under 45 years of age - Have at least competent English - Must have a valid Skills Assessment in an eligible occupation In addition to that, the 491 & 190 visa were open to onshore, interstate, and offshore applicants. For 190 visa, you need to have a job offer (full-time) in WA to be able to accept the invitation. While in 491, a job offer wasn't needed.
