Welcome to December! From coast-to-coast, there are all kinds of holiday events happening in honour of the festive season. One such event happening in Vancouver is Handel's Messiah, by Early Music Vancouver and the Vancouver Chamber Choir and featuring soloist Nicholas Scott. Nick talks about how he first started signing, misconceptions about classical music, living and working in France, arts and music education, and the importance of tradition.
Over in Toronto, football legend Michael "Pinball" Clemons talks about his foundation as well as live event Christmas With The Clemons, now in its seventh year. With a wide-range of performers including Sean Jones, Gary Beals, Pastor Richard Brown, and Michael's wife Diane, this year's extravaganza will be hosted by broadway great Taye Diggs. Gabriel Abrantes is the writer-director of "Amelia's Children" starring Atypical's Brigette Lundy-Paine. It was released on March 1st.

Recently, he completed his debut feature film as writer-director, the lovely black-and-white The Madones, featuring his TPB Co-star Lucy DeCouture. The film is out now.

It stars Liam and Luke Hemsworth and Russell Crowe and is available now.
