Sam is a family man and multiple business owner who has built up his skills, knowledge and experience over 18 years of running SME’s. In that time he has had experience of the full business cycle including start-up, running, closing and selling businesses. Having sold his previous business in 2018, he is now concentrating his efforts in the property sector.

Sam's main strategies are Buy-to-Lets, using the buy, refurbish and refinance model (BRR), Serviced Accommodation (SA) and currently looking to transition in to Developments.

In 2019 Sam & his wide Jo, founded ‘Coventry Accommodation’ which is a property management and lettings agency that manages both short-term and long-term rental properties.
