This week, we will explore the journey of ⁠Lauren Redden⁠. Lauren is an Associate Professor in the McWhorter School of Building Science at Auburn University and leads Auburn's ⁠Construction Management Summer Academy for Young Women⁠.

On this episode, we will discuss Lauren's time as an undergraduate student at Auburn and how she came to study building science as well as her years of industry-level experience and how she draws upon those experiences to inform her current teaching.
