Today we are joined by Dr. Robin LaCroix MD, Alicia Parsons, and Clint Henderson, who are part of the Inspire Courage: Pediatric Hematology Oncology New Unit Capital Campaign. This campaign is an initiative launched by Prisma Health Children’s Hospital to help raise $6 million for a brand-new pediatric cancer and blood disorders unit. This new unit will provide exceptional care for children while building a warm, comforting haven where families find comfort during their lengthy and challenging hospital stays. This new unit features family-suggested design elements, including but not limited to desks for parents to work remotely, respite space for parents, as well as an expanded playroom.
