Molly is a midlife change coach and the creator and host of the podcast “I Am This Age,” proving you’re never too old to make a significant change. When Molly turned 40, she needed proof that she wasn’t too late or too old to find her “extraordinary” career, love, friendships – she sought meaning in all of it and found her life purpose in the process.
