The "balance" of running a business as husband and wife.
There will always be frustrations, arguments, and disagreements when it comes to working together with your spouse BUT because you are working together, there should always be room for grace for one another and communicate what is work and what is personal. Don't let something go unsaid, this will destroy the blessing of working together and could end up hurting your relationship.
