Your family has asked you to go out to a restaurant for dinner or it’s a holiday…like this weekend is Memorial Day weekend in the states. The TRUE meaning behind Memorial Day is to honor all of the fallen soldiers who gave their life for our freedom. And if you are in any of the branches of the military - I personally thank you for what you do to keep our country safe.

But also as true Americans we have to make everything a celebration as well. So to most, Memorial weekend symbolizes the start of beach season. People, especially where I am on the East Coast, all flock to the shore. The festivities typically have a BBQ and lots of food or hittin' the boardwalk for your first taste of your favorite shore delights!! My personal favorites are Manco Manco pizza and Khor’s Bros soft serve!!

I have been helping women lose weight since 2002! For about half of that time, using my background as a Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist Assistant, I gave fat-burning workout programs and nutritional meal plans and guidelines to my clients…and they got results! But what I have found is they haven’t kept the weight off…after experimenting on myself 1st (I am my first client) I discovered the missing piece to keeping the weight off for good. It is in the mindset work. When clients come to me they get their customized fat-burning workout plan and they get food guidelines where no foods are off limits but the biggest part is when we get together each week for 1:1 virtual coaching THIS where we dive into the why behind what you are doing. By incorporating mindset work into my own life, I experienced profound transformations.

And when I introduced these principles to my clients, they too saw remarkable progress. It became evident that addressing mindset was the secret sauce to getting lasting change.
