E168 || Dave Reichert || Lawyer to Lumberman

1h 5m · 17Twenty · 19 Feb 08:00

This week we have a special guest and a guest host, something that we haven't done since 2021 with Daniel Harris [E025] and David Fults [E026] when Preston Pressley and Meloni Raney filled in for Stewart while he was tied up in a large, multi-week trial.

This week's guest host is Kent Rabalais [E096] of Kent Studios; this week's guest is none other than Dave Reichert of Reichert Woodworks. For 100 years, the Reichert Woodworks family of companies has served those building and restoring Dallas’ most timeless, exclusive homes by supplying premium lumber and crafting beautiful millwork.

Dave tells his story of going from lawyer to lumberman, lessons learned from the challenges of entrepreneurship, and the challenges of growing a small business, with rich, deep wisdom nuggets sprinkled in all along the way.

You're going to love getting to know Dave just as much as we loved sitting down for this interview.
