Police Bodycam: Drunk Cop Impersonator Arrested After Claiming to Be Georgia State Trooper Bodycam footage shows police in Gwinnett County, Georgia responding to complaints from a local bar that an intoxicated man was being violent and threatening customers. When questioned by law enforcement, 34-year-old William Godsey responded “I’m state patrol, I know a little bit more than you know.” Godsey spent the night in jail and was later arrested on a felony charge of impersonating an officer.
