It's Monday, February 5th, 2024 and welcome to the February edition of Hills Review -- the High School East Student Podcast. To mark the beginning of the year, the AP Art History class of 2024 continued the long tradition of installation art at High School East. On Tuesday, Becca Hochman, a member of the class, gives us an inside look at the project, which is entitled 'Blank Canvas'. A climate refugee is someone who has to flee their home due to climate change. Unfortunately, climate refugees legally don't qualify as refugees and therefore don't receive aid and protection. On Wednesday, Ambika Mathura discusses why climate refugees should be legally classified as refugees. Many seniors and their parents are stressed about how they are going to pay for college. On Thursday, Jolie Blumberg discusses different solutions that could help reduce the cost of school – and reduce the stress that goes with paying for higher education. The Mets are a baseball team that often gets overshadowed by that other baseball team in New York. While people love rooting for winning teams, many have a soft spot for the underdog. With spring training only a few weeks away, Nathan Glick takes time on Friday to look at what it's like to be among some of the most passionate fans in baseball.
