This podcast is an audio companion to the book "The Drummer and the Great Mountain - A Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD / ADHD." In this episode, we'll explore the connection between the Hunter Farmer theory of ADHD and the concepts of neurodiversity and neurodivergent. As we unpack these two viewpoints of ADHD, they both seem to point in the same direction: people with ADHD have gifts to contribute to society. We'll also discuss how the hunter-farmer theory can lead us back to ancient and deeply nourishing practices that can allow us to feel more at home in the world and with ourselves.
