Alyssa Gross is an attorney in the Buffalo, New York area. Her practice focuses primarily on business and nonprofit law – she tells people she only practices “happy law.” She has been practicing for 15 years, the first eight of which were as in-house counsel at a Buffalo-area nonprofit and the last seven in private practice. Her favorite types of work are forming new nonprofit entities, helping clients buy a business, and assisting with commercial real estate matters.
She serves as the Chairman of the Board for The Teacher’s Desk, which provides school supplies to teachers in low-income school districts, as well as serving on the board of Kingdom Bound Ministries, which presents the Christian faith to the community through the arts. She is a black belt in taekwondo and loves to read.
Alyssa has two boys, ages 12 and 10, and has been married to her husband Dan for fourteen years. She has a cat named SamSam and a dog named Arla.
