Today, we learn about the ghosts of The George Pearis Cemetery with paranormal investigator Jake Fife.
As the memories of the living fade from generation to generation, unfortunately, at times, so too do the resting places for their bodies. The George Pearis Cemetery in Virginia seems to be one of those places. Once a prominent resting place for a captain of the Revolutionary War, it now sits overgrown with weeds, trees, and elements of nature, slowly taking over a plot of land lined with moss-covered gravestones that time and much of the living forgot. Today, it seems that there may be more activity from the dead inside the stone gates of this cemetery than anyone alive, including TB patients, war fatalities, the ghost of a little boy whose life tragically ended in a hunting rifle accident, and many others. Quite a feat for a structure completed in 1886 and still in operation today. The Haunted Kentucky State Penitentiary is still home to Kentucky's death row inmates and houses the execution facility.

Haunted 1858 Garnett House Hotel, Part Two | Grave Talks CLASSIC

In the 1870s, the town of Garnett, Kansas, was a crossroads of a new world. Settlers, cowboys, criminals, and the righteous passed through this now-forgotten town. Some notable characters of the day included Wyatt Earp, Bat Masterson, Wild Bill Hickock, Buffalo Bill Cody, Belle Star, Jesse James, and many others who stayed at the Garnett House Hotel. And some of those guests never left. Screams in the night have been heard on EVP recordings taken at the Haunted Garnett House. One of the most disturbing elements of these screams is that they appear to come from a child. Who is this child? And what this child needed remains unknown. However, these screams are far from a one-time occurrence. This is Part Two of our conversation.
