Conversely, if you constantly tellyourself"I'm on a diet," you're focusing on what you can't have,which reinforces a mindset of lack and limitation.Instead, affirm what you wish to become, like "I amwealthy" and act in ways that build wealth, showing the universe your commitment to this identity.

It’s not the thing itself but how you perceive it that matters. You can choose to see things from various angles, whether it’s from a younger or older you, a healed or hurting you, or a version seeking the best or worst in a situation.

Seeing things from different perspectives allows you to receive them differently. Consider a task you don’t understand, like plumbing. To a seasoned plumber, it’s straightforward, but to you, it might seem impossible. However, by shifting to a confident mindset, you can approach it with a can-do attitude.

Your perception is crucial. If you react to negative energy with the same energy, you lower your vibration. Instead, try to understand and respond with calmness and positivity. This doesn’t mean ignoring or accepting bad behavior but choosing how you energetically engage with it.

Life is an experience with its highs and lows. Every situation has a valuable perspective, even the challenging ones. Instead of asking why something is happening to you, ask how you can find light in it. What you focus on, you become. If you want to make money or get in shape, you need to put your attention and energy into it.

Why do bad things happen to you? What if they're happening foryou,to help you becometougher, softer, orbiggerthan the challenges you face? This perspective lets you see difficulties as opportunities for growth and expansion.

The law of attraction says like attracts like. In this physical world,likeattracts like because of the delta. But in the non-physical world,likeis like. This physical world allows you to become any frequency you desire, regardless of how you're born.

Your journey may not be fair or even, but it's yours to conquer. Achievements are lessimportantthan who you become through them. If you chase external things like money, you'll bring your empty self there, still unfulfilled. It's the internal change that matters.
