The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing is one of the greatest Marketing books ever made.
This is not a "how to" sort of book. This is a list of guidelines that you should follow at all times inside of your business. So if you do run a business or you are a marketer, I HIGHLY suggest you read this book because it will be incredibly valuable to you.
Here are the laws:
1. Leadership - Every industry has a leader. Try to become that.
2.Category - If you can't be first, set up a new category
3. Mind - Be first in the market's mind
4. Perception - Don't battle for products, battle for perception
5. Focus - Own a word in the prospect's mind
6. Exclusivity - 2 Companies can't own the same word
7. Ladder - Base your strategy on how far up the ladder you are
8. Duality - Every market becomes a "2 horse" race
9. Opposite - Be the opposite of what the market leader is
10. Division - Overtime a category will divide into 2 or more
11. Perspective - Marketing effects take place over time

13. Sacrifice - IN PODCAST
14. Attributes - For every attribute, there's an opposite
15. Candor - Admit the negative and people will give you the positive
16. Singularity - Only 1 move will produce great results
17. Unpredictability - You can't predict the future but you can plan for it
18. Success - It leads to arrogance. Don't break the laws!
19. Failure - It should be expected
20. Hype - Real revolutions come quietly
21. Acceleration - Fads get hype, trends don't.
22. Resources - Without money, your idea is dead
