Steve Holdych has most recently served as CapTech’s co-CEO with more than 24 years’ experience with the company prior to moving into an advisory role within the firm. Joining CapTech shortly after its inception, Mr. Holdych is a Digital Transformation Consulting Executive with a unique blend of business and technology experience. 

Graduating from the University of Chicago receiving majors in Economics and Mathematics, Mr. Holdych began his career at Signet Bank in Richmond, Va., where he led the effort to digitize the organization in the mid-1990s. While there, he innovated several industry firsts in the online banking arena, leading to similar industry innovations in the healthcare, financial, utility, RFID and workers compensation sectors in his consulting capacity.

In this episode we meet and talk with Brandon Burns about his journey from being an actor and performer to becoming an entrepreneur who has built numerous companies throughout Australia. In this episode we meet and talk with Creighton Wong about his journey to becoming a serial entrepreneur who has built multimillion dollar companies and has done work in many industries, from being an attorney to working in the marketing industry and the tech industry. We talk about the mindset of an entrepreneur and how events that he has been in, including the Ironman marathon, the Para-Triathlon World Championships in which he represented USA, and more, have taught him valuable lessons. Creighton Wong grew up in Oakland, California and is the Founder of Exponential Clients, a digital marketing firm built on the belief that massively growing a business always starts with deep research and gathering the very best data. He is also a Curious World Traveler, an Adventurous Foodie, and Global Nomad who met his beautiful wife while working in Da Nang, Vietnam. He is also a former competitive Para-Triathlete who, while missing a right leg and several digits on his hands, has finished the New York City Triathlon (twice); Escape From Alcatraz; and Ironman Oceanside.

In this episode we meet and talk with Anthony Lee, the founder of the Heroic Voice Academy. We talk about his journey to becoming an entrepreneur and setting up Verisign’s European Headquarters and starting businesses in many industries. We discuss how founders and entrepreneurs can impactfully introduce themselves to grasp the attention of the audience/investors and clients. We also discuss the role Shark Tank plays in educating entrepreneurs and what new founders should take away from the show. Along with that, we talk about what new founders should do to best position their company for growth at an early stage, and what effective marketing looks like.

Anthony Lee is the Founder of the Heroic Voice Academy, a communications training company. He has an undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley, and a MBA from Duke University. Anthony’s presentation and training skills were developed and fine tuned in a career that includes 18 years with technology startups, 6 years of real estate consulting, and 12 years of event production experience. His communications expertise  was developed from the high stakes presentations he gave in the fields of internet security, real estate best practices, and large scale international partnerships. Anthony leads from the stage, and also leads from the back of the room having produced major events including industry conferences and large seminar trainings.
