"We hold these truths to be self-evident..." And no, we aren't referencing the Schuyler Sisters here! But sadly, some truths are harder to stomach than others.
Cory & Cobi decided this week to discuss books that cover the heavy topic of racism, both during and after the Civil Rights Movement, which is a fight still being fought today! So sit back, listen as we tell the stories of the embattled, and hopefully we will all come away with a broader understanding of those around us.

Also did you know that 'God' spelled backwards is 'doG'? We bet that little kibble bit blew your mind. Dang! Look at us, makin' bets just like those no good Greek deities. Shame.
In this episode of Booked on a Feeling Cory & Cobi uncover the illicit gambling ring the Grecians have been bow(wow)ing to for all these years as we review books rooted in Greek mythology. And we apologize for Cobi's inane attempt to pronounce people's names. It all might as well be dog speak for the good it did us!

Cobi risked her sanity while Cory *ahem* cheated a little on the assignment. They both chose the middle book of trilogies and dove right in. If you think that's ridiculous then you'd be right! But who cares about the first child or the third? It's the middle child who always wreaks just the right amount of havoc!
