In this episode, I am chatting with Olivia Hough from Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Olivia was the Managing Director at Impact Hub Phnom Penh in Cambodia for 4 years, considered one of the biggest and most active communities of impact-driven youth entrepreneurs in the country in Cambodia. Under her leadership, the team grew from 6 to 15, and IHPP continues to have high employee retention rates in part due to their energising and positive team culture. Olivia is also passionate about positive psychology, mental health, and the arts. She runs an initiative called ‘The Happiness Project Cambodia’ where she leads workshops on different wellbeing themes, and has run workshops on wellbeing for entrepreneurs, changemakers and NGOs across South East Asia.
