Lou is the Head of Participation at the Reach Foundation, an organisation she has been heavily involved with since she experienced her first workshop aged 16, 13 years ago. Lou is a trained facilitator and has spent the last decade working with groups of all ages to develop their leadership, sense of resilience and connection.
