How to handle stress, stay motivated, and turn a service into a product

46m · BYOB - Build Your Own Business · 15 Jul 15:24

On today’s episode of the BYOB - Build Your Own Business Podcast we have brought on Kim Bernardo. Kim is a Yoga Instructor turned Entrepreneur. She has decided to take on the task of turning her service (yoga classes) into a product that she can resell over and over again which is her 6 week course that includes meditation, yoga classes, and journal prompts. We go over what it took to create this course, some of her challenges and disappointments, and the grit to keep going no matter what. Kim came on here with honesty and vulnerability which is one of the bravest things I have ever seen. I have no doubt in my mind that she will succeed in everything she hopes to accomplish.

The First 4 Steps To Open A Business

When I first opened my business I had no idea what I was doing. I didn't go to school for business and had no family members to ask.  So, I just went on google and searched like crazy. This was time consuming and frustrating. I hope this was at least a little helpful and if you have any questions or want me to go into more detail/do a tutorial let me know in the comments.
