Christine Gallo always knew she wanted to be a school teacher since she as a little girl.  Being headstrong Irish she couldn't bring herself to leave the path she thought she was meant to be on even though it was causing her hair to fall out, have anxiety attacks, and lose herself. One day it all changed when her husband showed up at work and saw her condition, she left her job and began a new teaching life as a yoga instructor. She now teaches kids how to deal with anxiety through breathing, yoga and mindfulness.
