Influencer Enrollment Method (Pre-training #3)🤗 In the past 2 days we’ve talked about the importance of Growing an Audience and Engaging with that Audience… If you effectively focus on Growing and Engaging, then the 3rd thing is easy. Which is PROMOTING to your audience. People seem to go to both ends of the spectrum on this. Would you believe me if I told you there are people that are TERRIFIED to promote? Blows my mind. Here’s a hint: If you don’t ask for what you want, you’ll never get it. On the other end, there are people that have no problem selling and go in for the hard sell every single time. They hound their profiles and people’s inboxes with promotions to get them to buy their stuff and join their team. They have a tendency to go overboard and eventually end up scaring all their prospects away. We have been on both ends of this promotion spectrum before and struggled to get anyone to sign up. I recommend playing in the middle area… Where you promote a product or a post to get people to join your team at least once a week. And then, as you build relationships with people, invite them to take a look at what you’re doing if it’s a fit for them. Anytime the results stop flowing into our business, we’ve taken a step back to evaluate what one of these 3 things is out of sync.
