Welcome to the second episode of the Beckett Hanlon Podcast!

Today, founder of Beckett Hanlon and podcast host Drew Beckett interviews Colin Moran from Property People NI.

Founded in 2006 By husband and wife team Ciara and Colin Moran Property People Estate agents opened just off the Antrim Road in North Belfast.

Despite a shrinking property market Property People estate agents due to its unique delivery of a professional, friendly and collaborative service delivery gained a loyal customer base and a market share in the area. This office specialised in residential property sales, lettings and property management. Property People continued to enjoy continued success and opened a second branch on The Ormeau Road in the university area of South Belfast. This second branch specialises in student rentals and Houses of multiple occupancy.

In this episode, Drew and Simon discuss the post lockdown, covid effected property market. They also share their reasons ‘why’ and chat about the importance of family, and having a strong support network.
