You Don’t Need To Forget, But You Must Forgive

1h 1m · Fulfillment Hero · 18 Feb 21:35

Often times we like to believe that we feel resentful in certain situations because that's just the way it has always been and that it is part of who we are. Well that is not true. There once was a cut and that wound may have never properly healed. How often do you find yourself afraid to move forward with a new relationship because you are fearful of the events that occured in a past experience. How often is it that you label another person before you truly meet them because you feel an itch to immediately suspect that they are up to no good? How much energy have you spent resenting someone for the past instead of putting the energy into a positive experience for your future? We've all held on to bad experiences. It is okay to remember them for the sake of growth, but they must be forgiven. This means to forgive others who have wronged us and to forgive ourselves when we regret not making our best decisions. Listen in as Dust and Sal discuss what it means to forgive and how it has played a vital part in their growth and development. Enjoy the episode and please share with friends and family who could use the listen.

A Perspective of Faith with Jon Esquibel

Today we sit down with John Esquibel for his second appearance on the show! Achieving higher levels of intimacy with God are the only true measurements of validation for what we are accomplishing as individuals on this earth. Join our discussion about being people of the Christian faith as we endure the storms that we pass through in life. Faith untested weakens which means that we can look at the storms of our lives as opportunities to grow our relationship with our Father and fulfill the desires of his will. Enjoy the show and please excuse the rain and hailstorm that passed overhead while we were recording this episode!

Catching Your Breath with Jon Esquibel

You have been breathing all of your life, but you will be excited to know the powerful effects effective breathing can have on your body & health once you are aware of the control you have! Enjoy the show and please reach out to us with your feedback. You can reach out to Jon personally by following his Instagram! AND remember, "If you're not breathing, you're not living." - Sal

Saturday Sit Down: Resentfulness & True Masculinity

The first edition of "Saturday Sit Down." Join in on a different take of what the show has to offer. Our intention with this episode was to speak about what has gotten our wheels turning lately and what we're both doing to satisfy those cravings. We dive into why so many people are resentful towards one another nowadays in regards to topics that are sensitive to them and how they can be channeling that negative energy by replacing it with impactful action. We then make our way over to what true masculinity means and how men can live in a way that reflects masculinity in a positive light. Enjoy today's episode and please leave us with your feedback.
