With the workplace becoming more multicultural and multigenerational more now than ever, it is the responsibility of all employees – regardless of title, tenure or level within the organization to ensure that all employees feel valued and important. A simple way to ensure an inclusive environment is by following the ARC of Diversity – Acceptance, Respect and Connectedness.
