Asking from a Broker’s perspective …Which segment or segments of our business do you anticipate the most growth from in 2022? Where should I be spending my marketing dollars?We’re anticipating a decline in volume next year so I’m looking to shift some fixed costs to variable. What is your take on contract processing and any advice on how to initiate and transition processing to third party?I’m looking to replace revenue by recruiting and training brand new Loan Originators directly out of college. How would you advise a brand new LO to begin their business? Any tips on shortening the success curve to achieve quicker ROI?COVID restrictions have loosened and my LO’s are anxious to get back out there and network in person. Has that landscape changed?
