Rell, a high-profile landmark education adequacy lawsuit, and is currently representing the Cherokee Nation in their lawsuit against pharmaceutical distributors and pharmacies for their role in the opioid crisis that the tribe is suffering. She is a member of her firm’s Firm Diversity Council and is a Legal Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder.
