There Is NO Better Feeling

Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! We're gonna talk about entrepreneurship and the things they don't tell you.

So stress, number one, not only will you feel the pressure to get your business off the ground, but you also feel that added pressure to do so quickly to regain some semblance of financial security, to never ending, especially in the beginning, you're in charge of everything from content appointment setting, sales, client delivery, constant innovations, everything is on you. And it can be frustrating.

There are times where you want to throw in the towel. But then you remember how far you've come. You may have entered into a partnership where they didn't have the best interests at heart and that's okay because you keep going. Rewarding above all else, receiving messages from current clients, knowing your program has changed your life in some way.

It's exciting to make a sale or win a new client when you know it's from your own hard work. When you know that you're making an impact on their life, and generations to come. Starting now is going to be the hardest thing for you to do. But looking back 12 months from now, knowing where you could have been even harder.

Embrace the struggles celebrate your wins. There is no better feeling than working for yourself to know that you are making a bigger difference in the world.

Without You There Is No Impact

Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family!  I hope you're ready for an amazing day. I want to talk about some of the things I learned over those last two weeks being able to self-reflect.

I'm not Superman, and your body can only handle so much before it’ll shut down. When you ask any entrepreneur about the grind, they will know exactly what that means. Long hours slaving away behind the computer, time spent away from the family, long days at the office. It's all needed to a certain extent.

I was one of those people who would work 18-hour days thinking I was getting ahead. In reality, I was slowly taking steps back as much probably shut down. I was healthy and I was doing all the right things. I was working out five or six times a week. I was following a nutrition plan. What was I not doing? I wasn't getting adequate sleep to recover fully. I wasn't taking time off to enjoy the things I like to do to fill my cup. I wasn't giving my body the respect it deserves.

To all my entrepreneurs who are out there changing lives daily to by making an impact. Remember, that you come first and without you, there is no impact

Slow Down

Happy Monday, everybody. It's been quite a while. It's been about two weeks since I've been on here and had to do a lot of self-reflecting some things in my life that took a backseat to trials and tribulations that I was facing. But to know that we're back, we're back better than ever. And I want to talk about something that's so important that a lot of people do not stress enough. You know, a stress gut connection.

See, over the last couple of weeks, I've been trying to diagnose what was wrong with me. I started sleeping longer than normal and still be extremely tired. I would go write an email and forget what that email was for, experiencing brain fog. I would go to the gym but end up being so sore and inflamed that would leave. I would start to have mood swings and not want to be around anyone. And I was honestly losing my mind until I asked for help.

See, being a coach doesn't mean I know everything. And getting to the root cause the issue is my only concern. What I didn't realize was the undue stress I was causing my body was relatively low amounts of sleep, strength training, and cardio on top of it. Then came increased caffeine consumption, that ultimately caused more stress in the body. That long term stress caused my stomach to release less acid, which prohibits more bacteria to grow. Therefore, weakening the immune system having SIBO which is small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and creating something called leaky gut.

The overtraining was causing burnout, adrenal fatigue which causes insomnia, fatigue, and muscle aches. Intune stress damages the gut which causes SIBO and SIBO manifests into multiple symptoms known as IBS, hormonal imbalances and chronic fatigue. This is not something you want to go through, and I hope this helps someone understand the impact of stress can have on your body. This all came from pushing the body past its limits to finally break down. Slow down when it comes to business and life. Your health matters more than any paycheck ever would.
