For the past year i have contemplated/procrastinated about releasing a podcast out to the world, and while the process has taken longer than i first thought, i'm happy to say that i now have something of substance that i can share.
Over the coming weeks, months and year i'm going to be sharing elements of my own life that i think could help others and also talking to people that i myself find to be an inspiration.
This is a learning curve, and the format may change but for now i hope you stay tuned and take something from what we have to say.

With Growing poverty, Depression/mental health issues and unemployment yet again on the rise, i talk about how i dealt with the last lock down and what i intend to do in order to get though this lock down in one piece with my mental and physical health still intact.

The day has finally come, Frankly Inspiring now has an official episode, and we are now live on the major podcast outlets so you can listen away until, your hearts content.
In this episode i talk though why i have decided to launch a Podcast and why i have decided it launch in the manner i have.
