Stuart Buttrick is the team leader of the Faegre Baker Daniels labor management relations team. He represents employers in labor relations matters, including in proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), in arbitrations, in litigation and in contract negotiations.

Stuart also represents employers in connection with employment litigation and administrative charges. He has defended employers in hundreds of state and federal court cases and administrative charges in multiple states and has handled appellate work before various federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Stuart also advises clients on personnel and policy issues.
