Learn more about Somi

Meet Somi, pronounced [So-me], a retired educator turned corporate (tech) mom who loves all things money, sneakers, and food. Mommy to her two rich best friends (Jayla and Nova). She's the owner of The Rich Black Mom brand. A brand created to debunk the myths and stereotypes of single black moms. Somi went from being the broke single mom in her sister circle to everyone making comments like "I'm tryna get rich like you....ooo sis, you rich...."  Through her brand, she hopes to inspire single moms. She wants them to know they can enjoy a life of luxury and wealth. The Rich Black Mom highlights her  journey towards building a legacy and living a rich (your most authentic) life. It explores her lifestyle, debt free journey, money, and single motherhood. WIthin 12 months Somi has increased her income by over 100% and paid off ~$42k in debt. This is just the beginning for her and her kids living a life full of abundance. Somi used to be embarrassed of her life, her situation, but realized that God is an intentional God and He gave her this story to share with the world, to help others, so that's what she plans to do.
